Where do you ship?

Shipping is available to Canada, U.S., E.U, Australia, and New Zealand. Hopefully in the future additional shipping locations can be added.

Will there be duties/tarrifs on my purchase?

U.S. Customers - My product falls under CUSMA agreement and therefore shouldn't incur any duties or tariffs.

E.U. Customers - I do not have the ability to charge VAT, so that will likely be charged upon arrival in your country along with any other associated duties/fees.

How much is shipping?

Canada - $16 CAD

U.S. - $15 USD Standard Shipping ( 7 to 14 business days) No times are guaranteed due to possible customs delays at the border which are out of my control and that of the shipping companies.

International - $32 CAD for 1 mug, $45 CAD for 2. (It is automatically converted to your local currency at checkout)

My item arrived broken. What should I do?

Please take a photo of the broken piece along with the box it was delivered in and send it to me either through DM on Instagram or email at redactedceramics@gmail.com.
